1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, accessing, or using any part of the 9phl platform — including its website at 9phl.org, mobile interfaces, games, and customer support services — you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the 9phl platform and close your account.

9phl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, registered users will be notified via email or through an on-site notification. Your continued use of the platform following any such modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the 9phl platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration, in accordance with Philippine gambling regulations.
• You must be a natural person acting in your personal capacity. Corporations, partnerships, trusts, or other legal entities may not register as players.
• You must not be residing in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list, including PAGCOR's national exclusion registry.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of 9phl or any of its affiliated companies, suppliers, or service providers.

9phl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or permanent closure of your account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access 9phl's full suite of games and services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and current.
• Create and maintain only one (1) account per person. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity conducted under your account.

9phl implements Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with Philippine law. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed or upon 9phl's request at any time.

Accounts that are found to contain false or misleading information will be suspended immediately, and any funds held in such accounts may be withheld pending investigation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 9phl are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). 9phl supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay, subject to availability and applicable limits.

Deposits: Funds deposited into your 9phl account must originate from a payment method registered in your name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and are displayed at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed after your account has been fully verified through KYC procedures. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. 9phl reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

9phl does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your bank or payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. Processing times vary by payment method and are not guaranteed.

9phl reserves the right to reverse or delay any withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or a pending KYC investigation.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

9phl offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only and may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged.
• Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be specified in the promotion details.
• 9phl reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, multi-accounting, or collusion — will result in immediate disqualification, cancellation of winnings, and potential permanent account closure.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method.

9phl's decision in all bonus-related matters is final. Players are encouraged to read the specific terms attached to each promotion before opting in.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games available on the 9phl platform — including slots, live casino games, bingo, Joker Poker, Ganesh Fortune, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules provided within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

9phl games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes for all non-live games. Live dealer games are conducted in real time by trained croupiers operating from certified studios.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 9phl's internal logs and server records shall be the sole authoritative record of the game outcome. 9phl is not liable for losses attributable to internet connectivity issues on the player's side.

9phl reserves the right to void any wager or game result if a technical error is identified that materially affects the integrity or outcome of the game.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 9phl platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated cheating with other players.
• Using the platform to launder money or conduct any financial fraud.
• Submitting false, stolen, or forged identity documents during KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 9phl staff, agents, or other players.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit vulnerabilities in the 9phl platform.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, confiscation of balances, and referral to appropriate law enforcement authorities where warranted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 9phl platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, software code, interface designs, written content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of 9phl or its licensed content providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 9phl content without prior written authorization from 9phl.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9phl and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or business interruption.

9phl's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the incident.

Gambling involves financial risk. 9phl makes no guarantee that you will win any amount while using the platform. Past outcomes do not predict future results.

10. Account Termination

9phl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including — but not limited to — cases of suspected fraud, Terms violations, inactivity, or at the player's own request.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting 9phl support via live chat. Pending balances in good standing will be returned to the player's verified withdrawal method following a standard review period.

In cases of account closure due to Terms violations, 9phl reserves the right to withhold balances pending the outcome of any ongoing investigation.

11. Privacy

Your use of the 9phl platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, store, use, and protect your personal data. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. 9phl operates in compliance with the PAGCOR regulatory framework.

In the event of a dispute between you and 9phl, you agree to first attempt resolution through 9phl's internal complaints procedure by contacting support. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines.
